Ipad Air 2 suddenly froze and after restart the wifi and bluetooth buttons do not work

Try a forced restart of you didn’t try one already. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo on the screen. Let go of the buttons and let the iPad start up.

I’m glad to hear that you resolved your issue, but if post what you did to get it working again, that might help someone else with the same problem.
