iPad won’t update
My iPad shows there’s an update available and when I click to download and install, it doesn’t do anything. Help!

If your iPad is still running iOS 11, your iPad is too far behind in upgrades/updates, so you will need to connect that iPad to a full computer, connected to the Internet, running the most recent version of iTunes, and let iTunes to the iOS upgrade of your iPad to whatever maximum iOS version it will install for that model iPad.
