Because of this pandemic of COVID-19 our church worship songs are being recorded before hand & then I will be forwarded these songs along with the lyrics.
On a lower third - how can I ad the lyrics to the songs with our typing all the lyrics - 2 lines at a time in full caps.

Hope you can use Sphericos app as it should help, but…
I might suggest another approach if that doesn't work out.
Most likely you are singing songs that the lyrics are readily available on the internet. Copy the entire song in any text editor, plain text preferred.
You can now do a copy/paste individual song lines into a lower thirds. Assuming you recorded video, you can watch the video and add markers where you want to divide the lyrics, add a new lower thirds title below and between each marked out segment and add the appropriate lyric lines to each title block. This approach allows you to control the timing of the appearance and end of each line(s). Takes time, but no need to type out the lyrics unless this is music not available online.
Again if Spherico's app works for you, it should save time.

Ok I have download & installed it . How do I launch the app thru motion or Final Cut?
X-title licence will not launch in Mac OSX 10.15.4
Right-clock or Control-click on the application in the Applications folder and select Open. A dialog should appear with an option to Open. You only have to do this once.
Just open the app.
In Preferences you should set the 'Default Gap' to 0 and the reading speed 'Default CPS' to something from 14 to 17.
In the main window down at the bottom selelect 'Caption Type' -> 'Motion Template', 'Title Type' -> 'TextUp'-
At the top select the video settings.
A bit below a language role.
In Menu select File -> Import other... -> Untimed text
Import, view and save as xml,
Import into FCP.
