I need refund

I buy nick name Cặc and Nổ and Đại Gia.After i buy more Green one year with nick Nổ, Vip one year with nick Đại Gia, Prime a month with nick Cặc.

I request Ms Anne tranfer supcription to another nick name beacause after one month, specail nick name not work. So i think mistake for me because i buy it by Phone.

I prove it with admin.
