Account cancelled
Good morning. I’ve tried to download an application an the message was “ your account at AppStore and iTunes is cancelled” what happened? What can I do?

Did your screen say that the account was cancelled or did it say disabled?
If it said disabled then follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If Your iTunes & App Store account is disabled - Contact Support.
