Remove my id cents
I want to change my apple id region but i have $0.48 cents in my account.. please remove my cents so that i can change the region and update my apps

I understand you would like to change your Apple ID country/region but still have store credit. I'm happy to help you out with this.
Typically when you have store credit you would need to spend it before you can switch your Apple ID country. Since your credit may be less than the cost of a single item, you would need to contact Apple Support: Contact Apple for support and services.
