voice mail not recording messages
I have an old phone, 5s (not looking to upgrade). When people call, only part of their messages are recording. Not sure why this is. Can someone possibly assist? Thank you

in most cases voice mail works even if your phone is out of cellular range or if it's off
if this is the case in terms of your carrier, it suggest voice mail is a carrier server thing and by no means controlled or performed by the phone one owns.
