I get an error: "iMessage activation Failed: An error occured while activating iMessage. Please contact Apple support to resolve this issue". I am facing a similar issue with Facetime.

I am having trouble activating iMessage and Facetime on my Ipad and Mac both. For iMessage I get the error "iMessage activation Failed: An error occured while activating iMessage. Please contact Apple support to resolve this issue". for Facetime, even though I put the right credentials, it gives back an error. I am not sure how to resolve this. Please help. Since I am in Poland and I don't know Polish, the support call that I am getting is in Polish and I don't understand the options that the voicemail is asking to choose.
