Cancellation

I’m trying to cancel my monthly subscription for iTunes.It says I need to put my old Apple ID in to go to iTunes but I don’t know for sure what that is.And I definitely don’t know the password.All I want to do is cancel for good my subscription and it is becoming a bit of a nightmare to do it
