Problemen with Apple id

I have a probleem with my Apple id. I wanted to get a higher balance of my Apple id. So i wanted 5,00 on my account, but it failed, so i tried it Again. The amount was taken From my bankaccount, but my Apple id balance is still the same. Please help me out!

Try signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the phone, and then sign back in to see if that refreshes your balance.


Transfers to add money to your account can take up to 48 hours.


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
