Storage space
My iphone 6s pluse storage space is 16GB.
Is there anyway expand space to 64GB?

No. Once purchased, the amount of physical storage any iPhone is fixed and cannot be increased. This is why Apple no longer sells any iPhone or iPad with only 16 GB. If you need more space, which you likely do, you either need to delete things from your phone such as applications, photos, music, email, texts, etc., or it's time for a new phone with more memory.
