Is there a way to connect my AirPods to my iPhone 7 and MacBook Air at the same time?

I was wondering if there is way to connect my AirPods to my iPhone 7 and MacBook Air at the same time like have my left AirPod connected to my iPhone and my right AirPod connected to my MacBook.
