I’m trying to redeem 4 months free of Apple Music with a code, the code says it’s expired, but the offer expires in June, how can I make it work?

I would suspect you need to tell us a whole lot more to receive any assistance. Here are a few examples:
- What did you do to receive this offer of 4 months free music?
- When did you do it?
- Did you do it in the same region/country where you are currently?
- How did you receive this code?
- Did the code include an expiration date?
- "The offer expires in June."
- Where is this stated? On the same form that provides the code? Somewhere else?
- June ... of what year?
- We are now less than four months from June 2020. Might that be a factor?
