Pro Max over heating and screen freezing!

Its jut been 30 days that i bought a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max (256 gb) in Midnight Green Colour.. i have been using iPhones and other apple’s products for over the period of almost 8 years.. never ever i faced such sad glitches in iPhones.. the phone keeps hanging/freezing for 10 seconds which is quite shocking, unusual and unexpected for me! And also now it doesn’t charge although it comes with a fast charger but the phone doesn’t charges beyond 80%.

Hello. Here are a few things I recommend:

• If you’re not totally sure you’re caring for your battery correctly, visit the following webpage: www.apple.com/batteries. This is a good page where you can learn battery care tips, and more about Apple’s device batteries.

• Contact Apple Support at www.getsupport.apple.com

• Send your device to an Apple repair place or perhaps a third-party device repair place like Bad Apple.

• Read this article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201412

Hope this helps!

Warm regards,
