Photos - Camera Roll re-adding

The camera roll holds pics taken with the iphone. It does NOT hold pics synced from your computer.

When you select a folder/album from you computer to sync with iphone they appear in the Photo Library.

You cannot add pics to the iphone camera roll directly from your computer. The only way to add pics to your camera roll is to take a pic with your camera, save a pic from MMS, save a pic from an email or from safari.

Why would you be rude to someone trying to help?

The ONLY way to get a pic in the camera roll is to take a pic with the iphones camera.

You CANNOT re-add anything to the camera roll. Once you delete a pic from the camera roll you CANNOT put it back into the Camera Roll.

Of course you can add pitcures from your computer, you can also organize them in folders as well.

Plug in your iPhone and launch iTunes. click on your phone and click on the Photos tab at the top. Select what folder you want to sync your photos from and your all set.

The OP wants to add them to "Camera Roll" which you CANNOT do.

You can add them to "Photo Library" which for some reason is NOT what the OP is trying to do.

I can't remember if itunes supports other photo apps. I think Adobe Photoshop Elements will.
You would need to choose that in iTunes.

Haha...this just gave me an idea. Why not upload the pictures to a website like Photobucket. Then you can go there using Safari or even better, install the Photobucket app and save the pictures. Voila! The picture went from your computer to your camera roll. Might be tedious if you're doing a lot of pictures, but it's better than having no way to do it at all.
