Accessing Keychain on all devices on iCloud Family Sharing Account

I have Family Sharing set up at home. There are three accounts linked to the Family Sharing (myself, my wife and my son). I would like to share usernames / passwords through iCloud Keychain with my wife's devices. I have ticked keychain in the settings on each account and device, but we cannot see each others information.
