iTunes

i had the ITunes subscription and I didn’t want it renewed. But even after I canceled it, iTunes took the 9.99 anyways. It said it had been refunded but I never got the money back to my card.

Assuming you mean Apple Music (there is no subscription to iTunes itself), when did you get the email saying that you would be refunded ? Refunds aren't instant, a refund to a credit card can take seven to ten days or so
