iOS 13 Personal Hotspot VPN Passthrough

Hello. Not sure if this is replying to the thread I found from December or starting a new one.....

So as the subject here shows, I am having an issue using my iPhone Xs with iOS 13.4 hotspot to VPN into my office, which is an older server (2003 I think).

Using my Verizon Jetpack or home wifi there are no issues.

Here is what I am doing:

iPhone hotspot connected to Surface Pro 7 and then connecting the VPN setup on Surface Pro 7.

I found several others having this same issue, but none of the solutions have worked for me yet.

Appreciate the reply, but everything I read states it has to do with the encryption changes done on iOS 10 and above. There has to be a work around somehow.....

That the VPN provider must provide support for. Apple has no responsibility for an app or service that does not remain compatible after iOS changes.

And if there is, the VPN provider is the logical source for that workaround. Not Apple.

The VPN provider is your best option for support. They are not all the same and Apple does not have a VPN product.
