Is my apple id and phone safe ?

Hi there, i received  this email telling me that i have purchased a game. But i didn’t. Can you verify if this is apple or is it an attempt to scam. However i clicked on the attachment in the email (word document) But it didnt tell me anything just a pic nothing to click inside. I went to my purchases and theres no purchase of that game, the game is actually free not 15 $ like it said.I hope this attachment doesn’t hack my apple id and phone. Ill show you some pictures. However am not gonna click on it again so am gonna get an example of whats inside the attachment that is similar to mine. Waiting for your reply. Hope my account is safe and doesnt get hacked. Anyways i changed my password and restarted my router in case. Hoping that going through this attachment doesn’t hack my phone and apple id.

  • Apple does not include document, or PDF files to download.
  • Apple would not refer to you as Dear Customer, Dear Client, or anything other than the name on file for your account.
  • Apple would not have such horrible spelling or grammar.
  • Apple would not send a message to “Undisclosed Recipients”.

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.
