Reset password

My phone went into activation lock after an update. I can't remember answers to reset password. I can't access the email to get code. How can I reset, or get out of lock?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

 if you are the original owner, contact Apple ID Support. They will need to see the original purchase receipt with the serial number/paperwork.

Get Support      Work through the screens to get a chat option.
