MacBook Air (2014) won't go past start up screen
Hi, my husband continually ignored warnings of limited space on his MacBook and now it will not go past the login screen. Is there anything we can do?

I suggest starting up your notebook in Safe Mode. If you can now access the macOS Desktop, it would behoove you to start removing any unnecessary files/apps that you really don't need.
