Can,t reset my Apple ID

My last time used number now nothing use can,t ad new number

It sounds like you don't know your Apple ID or the related password. Is that correct? Whatever, try one more time (?) to recover what you can using: Having trouble signing in/iForgot  https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid. Let us know specifically what happens.
