Do you perhaps have the metronome turned on? Use the keyboard shortcut K to toggle the metronome off or on. If you want to listen to the metronome while recording, wear headphones. Otherwise the clicks will be recored as well.

Is your phone next to your computer? That can sometimes cause noise.
