I used to live in Danmark and now I live in Norway. A lot of the Danish music I would love to buy in iTunes are not avalible in iTunes Norway. I now joined Apple Music, but I cant find the music here either.

If you have it on your computer, you can import it. Otherwise, ask its creator to make it available in Norway, or find a source other than the iTunes Store.
A country's iTunes Store only sells content to people who are in that country and have a payment method valid there; it's not possible to use a gift card as a payment method when changing countries.
