voice volume when video recording

Hi every body

when i record voice by my iphone 5-s voice recorder, everything is normal, But when i record video, the voice quality of that video is very low. Can any body help???!!!

iPhone 5s, iOS 11

We can't diagnose your problem remotely, sorry.

I would insist on trying to clean the rear mic carfully (but gently), perhaps with the help of a strong flashlight to identify even the smallest particles that, somehow, can obstruct it, using also a soft brush.

If you are talking about video recording using your rear camera, perhaps the microphone on the back of your device needs to be cleaned.

Thanks Giulio. I tried to clean the rear mic (the single hole between the lens and flash) by a thin pin, but it didn't work.

May the mic be damaged??!!

Specially since I tried to use alcohol to disinfect the mobile for Corona?!

Of course I tried to use alcoholic pad not spray the mobile directly.
