Iphone XR reboot

My iPhone is stuck on the screen with the apple logo and the loading bar at the bottom, it doesn't respond when i do the volume up volume down and side bar reboot.. please help!

If you followed correctly these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support

and the issue still persists, contact Apple Support:--> Contact – Official Apple Support
