Mini Ipad is disabled and I have to connect with iTunes.

My Ipad is disabled and it says on the screen that I have to connect to iTunes. I download iTunes on my computer and try to do this whole process, but i do not know what to do.

Can you help me? I dont know wich kind of iPad Mini it is.
