Disabled ipad

I forgot my log in to my iPad. After I tried several passwords my iPad became disabled and now when I try to log in it says iPad is disabled, connect to iTunes. Because it’s disabled, I can’t get to itunes. Help!

They mean to hook it up to a computer running iTunes and use that to undisable it
