1 year of free AppleTV+?

I just purchased a new iPhone 11 online at Apple as was told via the online chat specialist that I would receive 1 free year of Apple TV+ with my purchase. How do I take advantage of this offer? Will I receive a separate email or something? I don't see anything regarding this on my purchase order receipt.
