I’ve tried my hardest trying to find what Mac model I have got but it’s so similar to others Apple’s identifying page isn’t working coz the pictures look so similar, I need to find a way to know where I can find what model I have by serial number.

You can also check the Apple (menu bar) > about this mac > the popup with show you the model and the OS version you are running. Going further, you can select system report for very detailed information.
