Spam attempts

I keep gettin lots of notifications from my router a Netgear Orbi of spam attempts from h.mbitspctools.live and www.flashsearch.xyz on our Mac. What are these. are the dangerous, how do I make them go away ?

Provided the Orby is blocking this junk, is there a Orby adminstration item to allow sending notifications to the Mac, or a Notification item in System Preferences : Notifications to gag these Orby complaints?
