На iMac 27 5k late2014 была устновлена windows 10 bootcamp, при подключении iPad на нем пишет что нет зярядки. Если перезагрузиться обратно на MacOs зарядка идет.

I have iTunes installed. I rebooted from macOS to W10, with the iPad physically connected and it continues to charge as shown in the top-right corner.

Disconnecting and reconnecting shows expected behavior. Can you try to run a similar test?
