After i connect my iphone to my computer via USB connection, can i view the photos that are on my iphone using i-tunes on my computer?

Instead, you can import pictures, taken on the phone, to your computer using Windows File Manager. Then view them using a Windows programme.
Once the phone is connected to your computer, use File Manager to navigate to the phone and look for the DCIM folder. Pictures taken on the phone will be in there.
