Hi there,

I forget the security question in my apple ID, therefore I can’t have a full access and neither can I reset them?!

I assume you are trying to reset your Apple ID password.


If you have trouble answering your security questions and are told we don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions, then see:

This document says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”
