BUY A NEW IPAD CREDIT CARD CHARGE TWICE

I purchased a new ipad pro on the apple website but when i insert my credit card, they charge be onece and when I get my new ipad after dilivery, they charge me again. Now, one bill is already in my statement and another is processing but also use my credit. What should I do and who should I contact with!!!! HELP PLS
