Apple ID

Good afternoon. I have some problems with entrance in Apple ID. Quite a lot of time have passed since I lastly used my Ipad. Recently, I wanted to restore its work. So, it needs activation lock with Apple Id and its password. I do remember it. I am sure that the device was set up on this exact Apple Id. I even tried to sign in it with the help of my Iphone and everything worked. Then I saw some kind of panel on my Iphone which says that the Ipad shares this Apple Id too. However, the device shows otherwise. I am not able activate my Ipad again. What do I do now? (P.S. sorry for my english)

Did you or someone else erase your device without signing out of iCloud first? If so, that may be why your iPad is activation locked. You can turn activation lock off only by entering the correct Apple ID/password combination. The correct combination is the one used by the person setting it up prior to erasure. If this combination cannot be entered, then the iPad is useless to you unless there are extenuating circumstances (e.g., you have the receipt for your purchase of the device with its serial number on it or a court order instructing Apple to assist in the provision of access to a decedent’s information from the deceased person's accounts--(see How to request access to a deceased family member's Apple accounts https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208510) If you have either, contact Apple support using one of these options.
