No WIFI Windows10 on iMac (bootcamp)

Hi,

I just installed Win 10 with bootcamp. Everything works fine. Except I can not see my WiFi network under Windows.

It looks like Windows does not recognize my Network Mac Card.

In device manager I see no 802.11n networkadapter.

I have tried to update the drivers but after that the Broadcast 802.11n networkadapter does not show up.

Where do i find this driver and is it possible to add this adapter manually?

Thanks in advance!

Do you have a blank DVD-R DL disc? If yes, my recommendation is

  • Remove the current W8.1 installation
  • Burn the W8.1 ISO to the blank DVD disc
  • Re-install W8.1 using legacy BIOS mode (not EFI boot)
  • Re-install BC drivers and check if your Wireless adapter is correctly discovered

On a 2011 Mac, Windows is normally installed using BIOS mode, because the correct devices are exposed using CSM-BIOS. Without msinfo32 showing the appropriate value, I suspect the installation is not seeing some hardware correctly.

You have an Atheros Wireless card, not a Broadcom card. We should not be trying to install a Broadcom driver. Does your BC drivers package have an Atheros directory?

I have a problem to insert the whole ext into my reply (spinning circle) while posting so I try it in parts:
