What workout should I use?

Hi all,

what workout should I use if I’m swimming on the spot( into water jets). The pool swim doesn’t help as I don’t swim any lengths, and the open water swim doesn’t help as I’m not moving.

Any suggestions?

The general concensus is that if the workout doesn't match any of the 78 workout types on the watch then you would use the "other" workout type, this workout type gives you 1 minute of credit for each minute of the workout regardless of what you are doing and also Active calories are recorded and estimated at a rate equivalent to a "brisk walk" or based on data recorded by the heart rate sensor in the watch, whichever is higher
