apple watch
my Apple Watch while on the charger is flashing the apple symbol and isn't doing anything else even when I hold both side buttons down for 10 seconds. any thoughts ?

It sounds like you've done all; the right things. I'm guessing there is a charging or battery issue.
If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support
