Safari stopps loading webpage from time to time, safari refuses to load any webpage. Firefox looads without problems. Only help is restart the mac. what is this?

safari quit loading Safari suddenly quit loading. This was after installing new MacOS.

1.Backup the computer

2.Reinstall macOS from Recovery.
