i have 11 pro max after a week 1% battery health decrease means after 3 weeks the battery health goes dowb 100% to 97% ?

It's the proximity sensor (at the top part of the screen)

iPhone switch screen (interface) off so that your ear/face do not accidentally interrupt the call.

When you hold down during a call, the interface is back so you can end the call

or do multitasking like switching to Safari/Notes/Contacts/...
