Solution to the polynomial trendline is wrong

I plotted a 2D chart and created a polynomial trendline. The equation shown was y = x^2 - 4x + 5, whereas the correct equation of the curve is y = 0.25x^2 + x + 2. It is very clear from the graph shown below, that y = 2 when x = 0. I tried this in excel and google sheet and I am getting the correct polynomial. Don't know why the numbers is throwing a wrong answer.
