payment method declined

i am currently keeping on getting the message that my payment method was declined, please use a valid one.


i already used this payment method before (which is my credit card) and it worked.


and i have a pending amount on my account and i cant pay for it nor purchase new apps and services.


is it happening because of lack of funds on my credit card?


please help!

Follow the instructions here if you have not already done so If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203005. Don't overlook the contact Apple Support link.
