I have a V3 Apple tv which is updated to the latest firmware. I just got free apple TV+ with a new iPad so I wanted to watch it on my projector.
When I select Apple TV+ it asks me to log in which I do, I get a 6 digit code on my phone but the TV screen does not ask for it and I remain logged out.

Thanks but it still did not work. I tried twice and I am pretty sure I keyed in correctly but my password is long!
I think it is such a monumental pita to use modern (but I am sure necessary in the crime soaked internet) security systems I will probably just not bother.
