Have you tried a simple hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

Yes i have tried resetting and also tried to reset totally and then reinstall, but it didn’t help.
I run the latest update IOS 13.4 a few days before it started flickering maybe that could be it?
the iPad is new, just two months old.
