New phone
I got a new phone and would like to put all of info on the new phone from the old phone but the old phone doesn’t turn on. Is there a way for me to backup the old phone so I can put that info on the new one.

Unfortunately, the time to make backups is before you need them. If you didn’t back it up before it failed and didn’t sync it before it failed then there is no way to recover the data on it.
