Error code 0XE8000068

About one day after updating to iOS 13.4, my iPad Pro is not responding to certain apps including the settings menu. It freezes when the settings menu button is pressed and restarts on its own. The above error code is received from iTunes when attempting to access my iPad Pro on my laptop to reset it. I can however access my iPad air on iTunes just fine without any problems. Any assistance is appreciated.
