Setting was off. I turned it on and off again, took a picture. No circle and circles in album are gone.

So toggling the setting and the circle went away, and now it’s back?

Is the triple-click accessibility shortcut gesture set to enable AssistiveTouch?
Off/on worked again . Assistive touch is off.photos in album had circles and they went away before and stayed away.

AT is off. Shortcut is off and AT is not checked.
