Apple Developer Account “Pending”

opening my dev account portal it still says “Pending” under my name and has for the last 2 days. Also on the page it says I need to complete my purchase (despite already completing it and having a receipt) and that the process can take up to 48 hours. Issue being it’s been 48 hours and my bank shows not a hold but a completed non refundable transaction to Apple. What do I do from here? Any help is appreciated.
