My camera sound when I take photos is still active despite my phone is on silent mood , I live in Israel and there’s no restrictions within the camera sound here by authorities, please how can I fix it and what it’s supposed to mean
but i just check the mobile model namber and its 2218 wich's described here ( on the apple website - identify your iphone model ) not for japan but for the others countries . so why my phone support that feature ?

That iPhone is designed to be sold in Japan. You have a gray market phone, designed to be sold somewhere other than where you are. That iPhone can never silence the shutter sound. And on top of that, the warranty is only valid in Japan. So if you have a problem and wish to get warranty work on it, you will have to bring it to Japan.
Then it would appear you have an iPhone that was destined for another region. This can not be overcome.
Do you see where it says “other countries”? One of those other countries, is Japan. The answer remains the same, no matter how many times you ask.

No, but it does appear it is from a different region.

You have an iPhone meant for the Japan market. It is not possible to mute the camera sound on that model.
yeah sorry i didn't notice that , if i accept that about the camera sound , and the warranty , is theres anything i should deal with else those related to the jaban case , ?
