Camera sound
My camera sound when I take photos is still active despite my phone is on silent mood , I live in Israel and there’s no restrictions within the camera sound here by authorities, please how can I fix it and what it’s supposed to mean

That iPhone is designed to be sold in Japan. You have a gray market phone, designed to be sold somewhere other than where you are. That iPhone can never silence the shutter sound. And on top of that, the warranty is only valid in Japan. So if you have a problem and wish to get warranty work on it, you will have to bring it to Japan.
